You can use our website to register with us. It is not possible to create a user profile without entering the mandatory information required for registration purposes. The legal basis for the processing of this data is point b of Article 6(1) sentence 1 of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), i.e. when processing is necessary for the execution of the contract.

2.      Extension of a user profile

You then have the option to voluntarily provide further data and to store it with us in order to use it when making use of our services. The legal basis for processing this data is your consent pursuant to point a of Article 6(1) sentence 1 of the GDPR.

3.       Newsletter

We also process your data when sending newsletters via emails to you. The legal basis for the processing of this data is your consent given pursuant to Article 6(1) sentence 1 a) of the GDPR.

Consent to receive a newsletter

When you register for the newsletter stored on our website, you consent to the sending of newsletters. This consent can be revoked at any time. Consent will only be given until revoked.

4.       Contact form

You will find a contact form on our website. Personal data entered here is stored by the server of the host provider and subsequently forwarded via email to the receiving mailbox. Forwarding takes place exclusively within the server so that confidentiality of the data will be assured. The legal basis for processing this data is letter b of Article 6(1) sentence 1 of the GDPR.

Furthermore, the legal basis for collecting names is letter f of Article 6(1) sentence 1 of the GDPR. Legitimate interest in asking for names lies in offering more personalised services.

Consent given to the processing of other data required in the contact form

In addition to mandatory information, you will have the option to send us other contact information. In this respect, this information will be given voluntarily. Therefore, you will have to consent to the processing of this information. Your consent given here implies data processing to the same extent as was specified for giving mandatory data.

5.       Email contact

On our website, there are different options available to establish contact via the email address provided. Your collected personal data, in particular your email address, is stored. This data will not be passed on to third parties. It will only be used for processing your inquiry. The legal basis for processing of data is letter f of Article 6 (1) sentence 1 of the GDPR. Legitimate interest in processing data lies in establishing contact. Any data stored will be deleted once the purpose of the communication has ceased. When an inquiry has been processed, this data will be deleted after expiration of the retention period provided for this purpose.

6.       IT security

Finally, we also process data in both our interests in order to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of the data processing systems, i.e. in particular to provide the security and availability of your data at VUFO GmbH. Our website and our app cannot be used without processing data. The processing of this data is legally based on letter f of Article 6(1) sentence 1 of the GDPR. B) Transfer of data beyond EU borders 

Data we collect will only be stored by servers in the European Union and it will not be transferred to companies outside the European Union unless you agree. This also applies to service providers commissioned by us for the purpose of data processing with the exception of the service providers listed below.

To be able to offer you all available functions, we also use service providers who will process data on our behalf. We will only pass on data within the framework of legally authorised service providers which have been carefully selected and commissioned in writing by us. D) Duration of data storage 

For all processing operations, the length of time of data storage is determined on the basis of a balance of interests or consent given in the previous list of processing operations. When data is processed on the basis of a contract, it will be deleted after execution of the contract unless we are legally obligated to further store or retain your information. As long as your data is required for processing outstanding transactions, this data will be deleted after the processing of these transactions has been completed.

1.       E-tracker

We use the etracker analysis service. The provider is etracker GmbH, Erste Brunnenstraße 1 20459 Hamburg, Germany. 3.       Hotjar

We use the analysis and feedback service Hotjar. The provider is Hotjar Ltd, St. Julians Business Centre 3, Elia Zammit Street 3, St. Julians STJ 3155, Malta. The software enables us to analyse the usage behaviour of our visitors by measuring and evaluating clicks, mouse movements and the like on our website. 4.       Facebook Connect

To make it easier for you to register with us, we use Facebook-Connect. Provider is Facebook Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025.

So it is possible for you to login to our website with your Facebook account and to do without the normal registration process. You will be redirected to the Facebook page where you can log in with your user data. By linking your Facebook account with easlineshop.com, we automatically receive the following information from Facebook Inc: Name, email address, birthday, gender, language, country, profile picture, Facebook ID, cover picture, friends lists and like-my details.

We use and store only name, e-mail address, date of birth, language and Facebook ID of these data, since they are compellingly necessary for the conclusion of the contract, in order to identify you. We use the data collected by us through Facebook-Connect exclusively for the implementation of the existing contract between you and Eastline. They are stored until you do not revoke the link between your Facebook account and Eastline.

5.       Google Maps

We use the Google DoubleClick plug-in. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphtheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA, 94043. DoubleClick uses cookies to display ads that are relevant to you.

A pseudonymous identification number (ID) is assigned to your browser to check which ads were displayed in your browser and which ads were viewed. 7.       Youtube

For the integration of videos we use the provider YouTube. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC, headquartered in 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc., located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

On some of our websites we use plug-ins from YouTube. If you access the web pages of our website with such a plug-in - for example our home page - a connection is established to the YouTube servers and the plug-in is displayed. This will send to the YouTube server which of our websites you have visited. If you are logged into YouTube as a member, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plug-in, e.g. clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. The websites of our website that contain Twitter Social Plugins establish a direct connection to the Twitter servers via your browser when they are opened by you. 9.       Piwik/Matomo

This website uses the open source software Matomo (formerly Piwik) for statistical evaluation of visitor access.

The "XING Share Button" is used on this website.
