Fortschritte der Fahrzeugsicherheitstechnik und Ver\u00e4nderungen der verf\u00fcgbaren Ressourcen machen eine Reevaluation der Indikationen notwendig. Ziel dieser retrospektiven Registerstudie ist die Identifizierung von pr\u00e4klinisch erfassbaren Unfallvariablen f\u00fcr schwere Verletzungen nach Verkehrsunf\u00e4llen.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Methodik<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Zeitraum 01.01.2000 \u2013 31.12.2021 wurden 47.145 Verunfallte anhand der GIDAS-Datenbank eingeschlossen. Separate Datens\u00e4tze f\u00fcr Schwer- (AIS 3+) und Leichtverletzte wurden ausgewertet. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ergebnisse<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Herausschleudern (PPW 80,6%), Einklemmung (PPW 75,6%), brennende Fahrzeuge (PPW 57,1%), problematische Rettung (PPW 56,3%), Fahrzeugzerrei\u00dfung (PPW 51,6%) und Amnesie (PPW 50,3%) wiesen auf schwere Verletzungen bei Fahrzeuginsassen hin. Bei ungesch\u00fctzten Verkehrsteilnehmern (Motorrad-, Fahrradfahrende, zu Fu\u00df Gehende) wurden auch Helmverlust (PPW 61,1%), \u00dcberrollen\/Mitschleifen (PPW 41,9%), Scheibenbruch am Gegnerfahrzeug (PPW 35,8%) und Folgeanprall mit Objekten (PPW 31,1%) identifiziert. Der Chi-Quadrat-Test zeigte signifikante Assoziationen zwischen den Variablen und schweren Verletzungen. Kombinationsvariablen erreichten PPW-Werte \u00fcber 82 %.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Diskussion<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Notarztindikationskatalog liefert kaum pr\u00e4klinisch feststellbare Kriterien und sollte anhand der objektiven Registerdaten \u00fcberarbeitet werden.
