It is aimed at those who wish to use accident and scenario data to evaluate advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and highly automated driving functions.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus is on providing a well-founded and practical overview of the PCM methodology based on accident data that has already been reconstructed. The course covers the structure of the PCM format and its underlying framework, including the tables it contains and their content. In addition, we demonstrate what evaluations and analyses are possible using PCM data and how these can be used to assess safety-related issues. Practical demonstrations based on real-life case studies illustrate how the methodology is applied.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recommendation: Combine the PCM training with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vufo.de\/en\/courses\/gidas-training-accident-research-accident-data-analysis-and-traffic-safety\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.vufo.de\/en\/?p=2486\">GIDAS training<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Practical training in the use of PCM data for road safety research, vehicle safety, accident reconstruction and development projects.
